Five months ago, you would have found me on the co Five months ago, you would have found me on the couch or sitting somewhere while my children played. I’d do maybe 2,000 steps a day. I came out of this fog in December and hired a weight loss coach. She set me at 5,000 steps a day. I’m now at over 10,000 a day and working out twice a day whether that’s a full 45 minute workout and getting a walk in outside or two full 45 minute workouts. It feels so good to be outside and moving around with my children. I no longer have that ugh I wish I didn’t have to move feeling.
